– Report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items upon delivery within 1 working day. In such cases, we will promptly send you a replacement product at no extra charge upon receiving the returned item.

– Goods must be in ‘AS NEW’ condition, complete, and unused. If the product’s box has been opened, we cannot accept the return.

– Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of your purchase.

– You must provide the original invoice for the return or exchange.

– We reserve the right to verify that the goods are in satisfactory condition for a return.

– Delivery charges for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

– Send pre-authorized returns to the address specified on the Contact Us page.

– The product must be 100% intact, unopened, and in the same condition as when sold.

– All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition provided. This includes disks, CDs, manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials that came with the purchase.
