RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Suppose you happen to order the incorrect item or realize later that you need to make a change or return it. In that case, interstaruae.com offers a hassle-free return policy, ensuring a 100% refund or exchange to help you obtain the right product for your system.

Unless otherwise specified on a product page, the following policy applies to all purchases made on interstaruae.com:

 

– Report any damaged, incorrect, or missing items upon delivery within 1 working day. In such cases, a replacement product will be sent to you after receiving the original product at no additional cost.

 

– Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. Once the box has been opened, the item cannot be returned.

 

– Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of your purchase.

 

– Provide the original invoice when initiating a return.

– We reserve the right to verify that the goods are in suitable condition for a return.

 

– The customer is responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning an item(s).

 

– Send pre-authorized returns to the address mentioned on the Contact Us page.

 

– The product must be 100% intact and unopened, maintaining the same condition as when it was sold.

 

– All original packaging must be unopened and in the condition provided. This includes disks, CDs, manuals, warranty cards, and any other included materials.
